You actively deal with issues related to pregnancy, childbirth and the postnatal period. Our intention is to prepare you for this special time ahead, to answer your questions and help you make informed choices. So the classes content is adapted to your wishes and needs. Possible topics: changes of the body during pregnancy, preparations for childbirth, beginning and process of labour, contractions and dealing with contractions, ways to support your partner during labour, time after childbirth, infant feeding, changes in life as a couple / family, .. Duration: individual Appointments: will be arranged directly with us: info@hebammenpraxis-sh.ch Course leader: Jessica Muggli, midwife The basic swiss health insurance covers CHF 150 for a birth preparation course. If you have an international insurance they might reimburse the whole fee, though you‘d have to check with them first.
